Podčetrtek
Podčetrtek is a settlement and a municipality in eastern Slovenia. It was first mentioned as a settlement in the early 11th century as Lonsperch and later as Lontsperch, Landsprech, Landsperg, Landsberg and eventually Windisch Landsberg. Its Slovene name is a reference to Thursday (Slovene: četrtek), which was the day when the market was traditionally held below the castle. The area traditionally belonged to the region of Styria. It is now included in the Savinja statistical region.
