Villa Margherita overlooks the Brenta River in Mira, a 25-minute bus ride from Venice's historic centre. Once a noble residence, this grand villa is surrounded by a large private park.

All rooms are air conditioned and feature satellite TV and a minibar. Most rooms overlook the park, whilst some have a balcony with a view of the River Brenta.

Ristorante Margherita, a 10-minute walk away, is a great place to sample Italian cuisine and specialities from the Veneto region. Meals are served in the dining hall or out on the terrace with a view of the park. A shuttle service is available on request.

Local buses to Venice stop right outside the villa, while the nearest Vaporetto (water bus) stop, Fusina, is a 15-minute drive away.
