The family-run Rose Cottage Bed & Breakfast has comfortable rooms with a Freeview TV, iPod dock and a fridge.

The bed and breakfast is located midway between Preston and Clitheroe, 4 miles north of Blackburn. The M6 is about 5 miles away, making Rose Cottage a good stopover on the way to Scotland.
