Taziry Ecolodge Siwa

This ecolodge in Egypt was constructed with natural materials in accordance to Siwan tradition. It is located 10 miles from Siwa, overlooking the famous White Mountain, the Ghâry Lake and a beautiful palm grove.

The rooms at Taziry Ecolodge are spacious and have private bathrooms. Small windows capture the wind and eliminate the need for air conditioning. Oil lamps and candles are used for lighting.

Taziry is 4km from Temple of the Oracle and 7.5 miles from the Bir Wahed hot spring. A tourist office and internet point can be found in the center of Siwa.

Some recreational activities include camel safaris, bird watching and stargazing.
