Situated in the central-yet-tranquil Orquideas neighborhood of Quito, Elena offers a homely stay in a beautiful location. Free Wi-Fi is available and the terrace affords dramatic views of the city.

At Chez Elena, guests can stay either in a furnished apartment to the side of the house, or in one of the rooms inside the main house itself. All double rooms have a kitchenette, and various communal amenities are available, including a stereo, a computer, a microwave, and a blender.

Guests are provided with breakfast and dinner of home-cooked Ecuadorean food. Also available are Elena’s famous home-made smoothies, made from guayaba, papaya and pineapple.

Elena arranges various daily activities and tours for guests to join as they choose. Chez Elena is situated 12 minutes’ bus journey from the historic center of the city, and a 20-minutes journey from the centre of the city’s nightlife.
